In these
years the Province of Turin has organized a series of
initiatives in order to reflect and reach a better knowledge
on themes of local development in its own territories.These
activities are well conciliated with the role unfolded
as Responsable Subject for seven territorial Pacts and
inside the Coordinaments of Responsable Subjects of Piemonte's
and North-centre's Pacts , as well as with the management
of other instruments to programme territorial development.
From these experiences borns the idea of the first italian
Expo dedicated to Local Development's themes: an occasion
of meeting and deepening for local administrators, representative
bodies, forming's instituts, scientific community, experts
and agencies of development which are going to have a
comparison chance with national and international successfull
experiences.
